01 · The challenge
Penrose bought guards, brackets and machined change parts from three different suppliers, and the parts often did not fit together on the line.
02 · Our approach
We took on all three, cutting and folding the guards and machining the change parts in-house, then kitting them per machine.
03 · The result
Penrose now receives one kit per machine, checked for fit before it leaves us. Assembly time on their line fell by a fifth.
