Quality isn’t a department at Holloway. It is how each job is planned, checked and documented, from the bar of material to the box it ships in.

§ How we check

Five checks between your drawing and your goods-in.

01Material check

Every bar and sheet is checked against its mill certificate and given a traceable batch number before it is cut.

02First article

The first part off each setup is measured feature by feature on the CMM and signed off before the batch runs.

03In-process probing

Machines probe critical features as they cut and stop themselves if a size starts to drift.

04Final inspection

Batch samples are measured again to an agreed sampling plan, in a temperature-controlled room.

05Certificates

A certificate of conformity ships with every order, with CMM reports, material certs and FAI on request.

§ Traceability

Every part has a paper trail.

From the mill certificate to the final inspection report, each batch carries a job number that links material, machine, operator and measurements. If you ask about a part in ten years, we can tell you how it was made.
