§ The process
How we do it
Milling is the heart of the works. Fifteen machining centres run two shifts, with the 5-axis cell running lights-out through the night.
We programme from your 3D model, prove the first part on the machine and measure it on the CMM before the batch runs. Complex parts are done in as few setups as possible, which keeps features true to each other.
