A new steel bogie bracket next to the worn original

01 · The challenge

A depot needed replacement bogie brackets for a fleet built in the 1980s. The original drawings were lost and the maker no longer existed.

02 · Our approach

We measured worn parts, drew new models, had them approved and built a fixture so every bracket would match.

03 · The result

120 brackets were delivered and fitted without modification. The drawings and fixture are kept for the next order.
